You can place your order anytime. Your order will be processed as soon as possible and you will receive a message for confirmation.  The delivery will be released  after your payment is confirmed - usually it takes 2  working days.

Payment

Payment can be made using 2Checkout or PayPal system, by credit card, directly to our site, the simplest online payment methods available to all clients who have a Visa or MasterCard credit card. For any additional information, do not hesitate to contact us.

Delivery

Every article has an execution term if is customized (contact us if you like one of our products but in a different size or color) or can be delivered immediately from stock. Delivery term is arround 2 weeks, depending, of course, on destination.

We cannot be responsible for your country import fees, so all prices include only the goods value, handling, packaging and delivery expenses.
 

Return policy

You are entitled to return the products you have ordered only if, upon receipt, you observe that they are damaged due to transport or defect because of any reason, or if the size does not correspond to your order, on condition that you inform us within 7 days after receiving the products. This is applicable for articles delivered from stock. We cannot accept return for a customized order. We just garantee you that all articles are made in the highest quality manner.

All products must be returned in their original package. The products will be replaced, and Darsydesign will cover all the costs determined by the return of the products by mail, or will refund the value of the product minus 25% of the total amount paid by the client (postal fees included).
